Shipping policy
Last updated: 1 September 2026
This policy explains processing, delivery, customs and failed-delivery responsibilities for purchases from our online store.
Order processing and production
In-stock products are prepared for dispatch without undue delay after payment and any required order checks are completed. Made-to-order products require production, assembly and testing before dispatch. The estimated production or dispatch period shown on the product page, checkout or order confirmation forms part of the delivery information for that order.
Unless a different delivery period is expressly stated and agreed at purchase, consumer goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you and your mandatory rights regarding an additional delivery period, cancellation and reimbursement remain unaffected.
Shipping charges and delivery estimates
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Carrier transit times are estimates that begin after dispatch and do not include production time, customs clearance, local inspections or delays outside our reasonable control. Tracking information is provided when available.
EU and international shipments
Shipments within the EU do not normally incur import customs duties between Member States. For delivery destinations outside the EU, orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis unless checkout expressly states that import charges are included.
For destinations outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for all import VAT, customs duties, tariffs, brokerage, disbursement, clearance and other charges imposed by the destination country, carrier or customs authority. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not control or estimate them and they are not refundable by us.
The recipient must provide any identification, tax number, authorisation or documentation lawfully requested for customs clearance and must pay assessed charges within the carrier's or authority's deadline.
Delivery address and customer information
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, email address, telephone number where requested, and any customs information required for the destination. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins or after dispatch, and carrier correction charges may be payable by the customer.
Failed delivery, refusal and return to sender
If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, missing customer information, failure to collect, refusal of delivery, or failure or refusal to pay import duties, taxes, tariffs or clearance charges, the shipment may be returned, stored, destroyed or treated as abandoned under carrier or customs rules.
Where the goods are returned to us, we will inspect them and contact the customer. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, the customer is responsible for actual, documented and non-recoverable costs arising from the failed delivery, including outbound costs where lawfully recoverable, return freight, carrier surcharges, storage, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, clearance and re-import charges. Those costs may be deducted from any refundable balance. They are not an arbitrary restocking fee. Reshipment requires advance payment of the new shipping cost and any outstanding charges.
Risk of loss and delivery damage
For consumer orders, risk normally remains with us until you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. If you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer, risk may transfer when the goods are handed to that carrier, as permitted by law.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and product and contact us promptly. If practical, note visible damage with the carrier. These steps help us investigate but do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Delays and delivery restrictions
We may be unable to ship to certain addresses or destinations because of carrier, sanctions, export-control, safety or product restrictions. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will notify you and provide the remedy required by law. Weather, customs action, strikes, transport disruption and similar events may delay delivery, but mandatory consumer remedies for non-delivery remain unaffected.
